Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product fails to meet the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to review and approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
