All sales are final. At Vera Peptides, we stand behind the quality of our research-grade compounds. While all purchases are considered final, we understand that issues can occasionally arise and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly. This Refund Policy outlines the limited conditions under which refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives with visible damage to the product or packaging that compromises the integrity of the compound.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet the specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA), such as purity levels below the stated threshold.
  • Missing Items: If items listed on your order confirmation are missing from the delivered package.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless a quality issue is being reported).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Orders placed in error where the customer selected the wrong product or variant.

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at support@verapeps.com with the subject line "Refund Request -- [Order Number]."
  • Step 2: Include your order number, the product(s) in question, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Step 3: Attach photographs showing any damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns.
  • Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options

Upon approval of your refund request, we may offer one or more of the following resolutions:

  • Full Refund: The purchase price of the affected product(s) will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Store Credit: Credit applied to your account for future purchases, if preferred.

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability. In all cases, we aim to find the most satisfactory outcome for our customers.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Store credits are applied immediately and can be used on your next order.
  • Replacement orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped with standard delivery times.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return of Products

In some cases, we may request the return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement. If a return is required:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Do not return any products without first contacting our support team and receiving a return authorization.

Shipping Costs

If a refund is issued due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, shipping costs (both original and return) will be fully covered by Vera Peptides. For all other approved refund scenarios, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard refund process outlined above.
