Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

At this time, Vera Peptides only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international researchers in the future.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Please contact us at support@verapeps.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Products & Quality

Yes. Every product undergoes rigorous third-party testing including HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry verification. We guarantee a minimum purity of 98% for all compounds.

Yes, COAs are available for every product. You can view the status of available COAs on our COA page. If you need a specific COA urgently, please contact us directly.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, we do offer refunds in cases of damaged products, incorrect items, or quality issues. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
