Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after processing. Available for all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after processing. Available for an additional fee at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $250.
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies to orders under $250. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Delivery Area

Vera Peptides currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve researchers in additional regions in the future.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time.

Handling and Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product integrity during transit:

  • Products are packaged using appropriate protective materials to maintain compound stability.
  • Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging to protect against environmental conditions during transit.
  • All shipments are sent in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.
  • Products that require refrigeration after reconstitution will include handling instructions in the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date:

  • Email us at support@verapeps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • For damaged packages, please include photographs of the damaged packaging and products.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Vera Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Holiday and Peak Periods

During holiday seasons and peak periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to account for potential delays. Factors that may affect delivery times include:

  • Increased order volume during promotional periods.
  • Carrier delays during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.).
  • Severe weather conditions affecting transportation routes.

We will communicate any expected delays through our website and via email notifications.
